Yoga and You of Rockwall is a unique boutique studio located in an old 1900's farm house and offering a variety of small classes with something for everyone! Most classes end with a short guided yoga nidra meditation that your body and mind will thank you for. Optional lavender towels are provided for optimal relaxation.
Affordable choices with a Class Pass (4, 8 or 20 classes to use whenever you want) or a Monthly Membership (unlimited classes each month), and discounts available for people 65+, military, and students. Single class purchases are also an option while you decide which package fits your life.
